Application forms often require a specific image width, height and file size. Enter those current requirements here rather than relying on a preset that may be outdated. This tool fits the image inside an exact-sized white canvas without stretching it. A wide signature and a portrait photograph therefore need different dimensions. Crop excess whitespace first when it would make the important content too small.

A practical example

If your form requires a 300 by 100 pixel signature under 30 KB, enter those values and inspect the result for legibility.

This is an independent preparation tool, not an official passport or government-photo validator. It does not check identity, face position, lighting or a portal-specific background rule. Padding may be unacceptable for some applications. A size match alone does not guarantee acceptance, and a very low KB target may be impossible without losing detail.

Keep a separate copy of the source file. Check the downloaded result in the application your recipient will use, especially page order, small text and important numbers. Conversion is not a guarantee that a portal will accept a document.

Are my files sent to your server?

The processing code runs in this browser. Input files and generated results are not uploaded by the tool. Visiting the page still makes ordinary requests for site assets, and the hosting server may record those requests. Read the tool privacy explanation.
