These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prime Proxy Server website at www.metacyber.guru and the web proxy service provided therein (the "Service"), operated by MetaCyberGuru ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Prime Proxy Server provides a free, browser-based web proxy service that acts as an intermediary between your browser and third-party websites. The Service allows you to access web content through our servers, with your IP address masked from the destination websites you visit.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any content accessed through the Service will meet your expectations

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MetaCyberGuru and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed USD $10 (ten US dollars).
