Rotate & reorder PDF

Scanned packs sometimes contain sideways pages or a misplaced cover. This tool rebuilds a PDF from your chosen sequence and applies the selected rotation to the exported pages. Rotation is relative to the page orientation already stored in the file. To rotate only one subset, extract that subset first, rotate it here and merge it with the remaining pages. A selection like 3,1,2 moves the third page to the beginning.

A practical example

For a three-page scan received sideways, leave selection blank and choose a 90-degree clockwise turn.

The rotation option applies to every page in this output, not independently to a different angle for each page. This is a page-organization tool, not a text editor. As with other page-copy operations, preserve signed originals and verify forms in the resulting file.

Keep a separate copy of the source file. Check the downloaded result in the application your recipient will use, especially page order, small text and important numbers. Conversion is not a guarantee that a portal will accept a document.

Can I rotate each page differently?

This version uses one rotation for the selected output. Split and merge subsets for mixed rotations.

Does rotation crop the page?

No. It changes page orientation rather than cutting away content.

Are my files sent to your server?

The processing code runs in this browser. Input files and generated results are not uploaded by the tool. Visiting the page still makes ordinary requests for site assets, and the hosting server may record those requests. Read the tool privacy explanation.
