    How to use this tool

    1. Choose two or more PDF documents.
    2. Use the file-list controls to put the documents in reading order.
    3. Merge and verify the resulting page count and sequence.

    When it helps

    Merging is useful for assembling a report, supporting evidence or a print pack from separate documents. Pages are copied into a new PDF in file-list order. Their original dimensions can differ; a landscape spreadsheet page can remain beside a portrait letter. Reordering the inputs changes the final document, so check the list before creating the output. The tool creates a new file and leaves the selected originals untouched.

    Place a cover letter first, a two-page report second and supporting pages last.

    Before you share the result

    A merged PDF is not a preservation copy of document-level features. Bookmarks, attachments, form field behaviour and digital signatures may not survive. Do not use the result as a substitute for a signed original. Protected PDFs must first be exported without protection using software and permissions you control.

    Keep a separate copy of the source file. Check the downloaded result in the application your recipient will use, especially page order, small text and important numbers. Conversion is not a guarantee that a portal will accept a document.

    Can documents use different page sizes?

    Yes. Copied pages retain their own sizes.

    Will signatures remain valid?

    Do not assume so. Keep signed originals and use the merged copy only where appropriate.

    Are my files sent to your server?

    The processing code runs in this browser. Input files and generated results are not uploaded by the tool. Visiting the page still makes ordinary requests for site assets, and the hosting server may record those requests. Read the tool privacy explanation.
