    How to use this tool

    When it helps

    This converter creates a real DOCX containing text reconstructed from the selected PDF pages. It is intended for editing words, not recreating the original document design. Text lines follow the extraction order, with page separation where possible. It can save retyping a straightforward report or letter. For a scanned document, first create a searchable PDF with OCR, then use that file here.

    Before you share the result

    Images, precise fonts, columns, headers and complex tables are not faithfully reproduced. Some PDFs have a reading order that differs from their visual arrangement. The result needs editing, and it is not a lossless round trip or a replacement for the original signed file.

    Keep a separate copy of the source file. Check the downloaded result in the application your recipient will use, especially page order, small text and important numbers. Conversion is not a guarantee that a portal will accept a document.
