A web proxy, with clear limits.

Opening the proxy session…
Free to use. No account or installation. The proxy can process the pages you request. Avoid passwords and sensitive information. Read the privacy limits.
What changes. What stays.
A different IP address does not make you anonymous.
| Your IP address | The destination normally receives the proxy server's IP instead of yours. |
|---|---|
| Your accounts | Signing in can identify you. Cookies and browser characteristics may still link visits. |
| Your connection | The HTTPS connection to this service does not make an HTTP destination encrypted. |
| Your other apps | This tool handles requested web pages, not all traffic from your device. |
Make your next login safer.
Start with account security, then explore the full privacy library.
Define requests, responses and failure states for a lesson service, then explore the same ideas in a simulated HTTP workbench.
Use books, physical copies and loans to learn keys, constraints and transactions before adding more tables to a first SQL project.
Before you browse.
Does this replace a VPN?
No. A browser proxy handles selected pages. A VPN can route more device traffic, depending on its configuration. Neither removes all tracking.
Should I sign in through a proxy?
Use a direct, trusted connection for email, banking and other sensitive accounts. A rewriting proxy processes the pages it returns.
Can every website work?
No. Logins, scripts, video and site security controls can fail. Respect website terms, network rules and local law.
